For the graham cracker butter
- 9 graham cracker sheets (90g), finely crushed
- 2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons (24g) agave
- 2 tablespoons (15g) milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
For the ice cream
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups (480g) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup lemon curd (homemade or store bought works!)
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
