- 4 cups cranberries (1 12 ounce bag)
- 1 cup granulatd sugar
- zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup Aperol
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a heavy bottom sauce pan over medium heat.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently until the cranberries burst.
- Cook for a few more minutes until reduced slightly and almost jammy. Remove from the heat.
- Allow the cranberry sauce to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container to store in the fridge or freezer.
