  • 1/2 cup finely ground pretzels (I used a Vitamix)
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup flour

For the caramel

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

For the chocolate top

  • 3/4 cup bittersweet chocolate/chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup pecan halves, lightly crushed
  • sea salt flakes, for sprinkling
