- 1 bunch fresh parsley, washed
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, washed
- 3 tablespoons fresh oregano
- 4 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the herbs are finely chopped and everything starts to come together.
- Serve on grilled meats, tacos, salads or whatever you like!
