Ingredients

for the filling
  • 2-3 granny smith apples, cored and cut into very small pieces
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • pinch salt
for the crust
  • 2 store-bought pie crusts (from my experience, it's better to use a high-quality crust, as the pies will be much more flakey and yummier).
